Hi, I'm Taylor, a 20-year-old entrepreneur, and the proud owner of my RedLine. My journey started when I was 16, and from the moment I served my first dish, I knew this was the life I was meant to live. Growing up in the small town of Cherokee, Iowa, I discovered my love for food early on. It became my way of connecting with people, and I've never looked back.
Starting my own food truck business has been an incredible experience, but I couldn’t have done it alone. My family and friends have been my biggest supporters, offering not only advice but also the funding to help turn my dreams into reality. Their belief in me pushed me to take the leap.
Life hasn't always been easy—my entire family has since moved across the U.S., and I’ve had to grow up quickly to manage everything on my own. But that challenge has only made me more determined to succeed. Through every high and low, my passion for food has stayed constant. Now, I'm here to share that passion with you, one meal at a time.
